Update: I went through the drive thru today. Was forced to wait for over 10 mins just to be handed a bag of food that wasn't edible. The meat was dried up and looked like it had been sitting out for hours. And it was sliced thick enough to gag a horse. No person in their right mind would serve the garbage that was handed to me today. Absolutely disgusting. If I'm expected to pay an overpriced amount for mediocre food at best to begin with then I expect it to be prepared according to corporate standards. If that is not possible then shut the operation down and send home the incompetent embiciles who are working in there. Over 10 minute wait for food that didn't remotely resemble freshness? Come on now. Thanks for ruining my family's dinner!
The order was rang up wrong despite being told 3 times what it was supposed to be. The assistant manager did not know how to ring up coupons. They were very rude with their customer service.

Most of time when we order in take out a French fries they gave us crumbs of fries.. I just do the comment now because it's always happen.. pls.. do it right.. pls be considerate in drive thru.

The big boss was doing an interview and was so rude and disrespectful to the young lady that he was interviewing. Telling her that he would never show up to an interview in jeans. Was asking her about her background and proceeded to tell her that he didn’t say anything about her clothes because of where she comes from. It’s a food job not a corporate office job. Don’t be so rude and judgmental

FOOD was awful, roast beef was like rubber and cold. Waited for 20 mins for 4 roast beef and my wife and I only could eat one each and throw the other 2 away. Then asked for plenty of Arby's sauce and got 2 of them for 4 sandwiches. And also missing a medium fry. Was so disappointed didn't even wanted to go back there and probably won't again. No wonder they are having issues at that location.

Decided to go to Arby's tonight. Ordered my favorite, the Chicken Bacon Swiss, which they now have added lettuce and maybe tomatoes. I asked for it plain, and since i went to the trouble of ordering a specialty sandwich, I assumed the understanding would be to remove all those condiments that weren't part of the name of the sandwich!! Not So!!! I got a chicken patty and a bun. My curly fries were also as hard as tree branches!!! If i didn't live more than 30 minutes away, i would've taken it back!! I worked in the Fast Food business for years and understand there are just some things you can't teach. I'm so disappointed!!!!

Curley fries were dead and cold. My 1/2 pound beef and cheddar had no grilled bun and my sandwich was cold. I asked for no red sauce and I got it anyways, and my diet soda was definitely not diet.

My husband went to get a meal for his pregnant wife. He asked for a beef n cheddar meal with crinkle fries. There was no cheddar to be found on the sandwich, and no crinkle fries in the bag. Very disappointing. I know working food service can be awful at times, but I was looking forward to the meal. Do better, Arby’s.
