My husband went to get a meal for his pregnant wife. He asked for a beef n cheddar meal with crinkle fries. There was no cheddar to be found on the sandwich, and no crinkle fries in the bag. Very disappointing. I know working food service can be awful at times, but I was looking forward to the meal. Do better, Arby’s.

Management and employees are rude and inconsiderate, and the way some employees talk is atrocious . The unnecessary language is absolutely uncalled for, bad attitudes , bad service, very bad food, the environment of the entire restaurant caused me to leave immediately with my two young God children little ears should not ever hear foul language from teenagers ot adults. I will never visit this Arby's ever again. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone utter garbage place to visit.

I placed an order for dine in. They asked my name and spelled it wrong, no big deal. They had several orders come inside but they were calling names quickly. I heard my name but a guy went up and it wasn't my order. I waited 30 minutes. When I asked where was the order they said they thought it was a duplicate order and deleted. I asked for my $ back it's still sitting in limbo with the bank. Neither will release. Wonder how long it'll take to get back.

Crave Arby's twice a year. When i do there's nothing better than a roast beef n cheddar and curly fries. I went today and was very politely greeted at the counter and was told they had no roast beef. I feel that at this point further discussion of this event is not needed. Sonic it is I guess.
