Owner was more than willing to accommodate me after I stopped in right before closing time. I could tell he was genuinely passionate about the coffee, made me a lovely Americano. Also had a nice assortment of pastries bread, and handmade jewelry. Purchased a porcelain cat creature necklace that was very reasonably priced. Interior decor was lovely. Picked up a bag of light roast beans that I have been enjoying. Can’t wait to come back!
Arthur and his team brew the most wonderful coffee beans! We especially love his Low-Acidity Dark Roast and how he grinds them perfectly for our French press. We’ve known and appreciated Arthur from his days in local organic farming and are so happy to see his enthusiasm and intuition transfer to the Roastery that he took over from his dear uncle Mark.
