I worked there 2 years ago. I quit when i was told to serve moldy chili to an everyday coustomer. I quote. Just pick the mold out it will be fine.. I've help turn one bar around in my past. But this pitcular owner has no desire to change. What most people think is fresh food is old food. He doesn't believe in throwing anything away and using every food product until its gone no matter what. Some of the dishes hadnt been cleaned in a long time and neither had the shelf's they set on. During one dinner service i was saying im not using that plate it has dust an inch thick on it. He says to me. It adds flavor. Not once in 6 months did i eat there. Nasty place nasty owner

All I can tell you is this place doesn't look appealing from the outside and it smells horribly on the inside. We only wanted to try it out because the patio with a creek view looked really nice. We walked into a propped open door with the open sign lit to a "kitchen's closed" greeting as some guy at the bar is pouring I believe a draft beer..... and then nothing so we walked out. There was literally no one in the place. So why are you open? Are you serving drinks at the bar and some how knew we weren't going to only want drinks? The smell was enough to make me not want to eat there and I had second thoughts as soon as I walked in before my wonderful greeting.

Stop here on your way through Paris for a good, cheap meal! Classic Roadhouse kinda vibe, clearly loved.***Cash Only-but there's an ATM (with cheap fees) right inside the door***
