Got the Best tastiest crunchy fresh order of onion rings and chicken iv had in a long time today , it hit the spotšš¼ and instantly lifted my spirits !
I go thru there very frequently for iced coffee and the staff is Always so nice and kind to me and I appreciate that and their time so much I consider a lot of them friends now !

Waited 30 minutes for food while eating inside. Had to hunt down a staff member coming out of the restroom to ask about food because no one was at the counter or window. Went to ask about it staff were rude. Finally gave us the food did not say thank you or anything. Christian music plays on the overhead but the staff were rude. Horrible experience. Never coming back.

Well they need to check thier fountain drinks ordered a large sprite and got a large carbonated water and that just pissed me off just a freaking waste of money
I am super disappointed. Every time I go here I order like 10 pieces of toast with my meal and then I'll order two or three gravies to go with it. I will always get one gravy and on top of that when I order a lot of toast it's almost like it tastes like old nasty butter that's been sitting for a couple days. This has been three times already and I'm not going to turn around from millersburg and go back up there over toast. You need to check your employees and make sure they're not serving old butter on toast. That is the only way to describe how disgusting these pieces of toast tasted. They was almost like rubber also

I was 2 hours away from home and misplaced my iPhone. I went inside DQ to ask an employee if I could use DQ phone to call my wife who could locate my phone on FindMy. His manager denied this simple request! Thankfully a very kind customer permitted me to use his phone to call my wife who located it.
Kindness goes a long way and the manager at DQ must lack an ounce of it. Not that it matters, but my family will never dine at that location when passing through. Do better!

I order blizzards from the app for drive thru pickup. Always have great service and the blizzards are perfect. Canāt speak for the food, but if itās like the Lexington location Iāve been to Iām sure itās good.

The ice cream was great, the cashier (at the first window) was very friendly, but the lady at the second window wasn't friendly at all, I'm hoping she was just having a bad day and isn't always unwelcoming/unfriendly... They were fast and the ice cream was made correctly.
