Poor customer service. Multiple errors in orders on different dates.

This is the worst domino's ever. I waited over 2 hrs for my food. I was told it was on the way.i drove to the store together my food. By this time my food was cold and had already been out of the oven for over an hour. When i did get there the manager cancelled my order and then said she couldn't give me any of my food. Why wouldn't they explain all this over the phone.they were too busy trying to cheat the system and then messed it up. So I still had to go somewhere else to order food. Sucks for them Iwas spending over 80 dollars. I won't be back.

Not sure about food can't even get food. Ended up with free order because manager is making pizza instead of managing the staff. Staff messed up entire evening of orders.
My boyfriend and I went to dominos tonight 05/16/24 at 9:24 and we are a biracial couple he is mixed not that it should matter. When he went to go get are order he got asked how he paid in reference he had paid online and they did not believe him and went as far as not giving us are food tell we had proof even tho I was also with him. Not to happy

I always get my order delivered. Super fast delivery. One time, it literally only took about 15 minutes to make my order and have it delivered.
Beware! They send out half eaten and undercooked food to the elderly and absolutely refuse to resolved the issue!

Just spent 47.00 there go home opened my garlic bread to find half the order gone and the sauce had been opened and had bits of bread sticking in it. Called the best they would do is offer to remake the order and have me come get it. That’s a 10 mile round trip. So told them no and I’d never order from them again

When you get a pizza raw that is sad. I ordered extra sauce and it came raw and no sauce. I took the pizza back to the store and all I got we are sorry. Very sad and piss poor customer service. This house will never order from there ever again.

These guys absolutely drench stuff in garlic butter to the point where it's disgusting. I don't know what the deal is or if that's what they think people want. It just sucks b/c sometimes I just want some bread sticks. Same thing happened w/ Little Caesars after they started w/ the $5 pizzas (They used to have the BEST breadsticks 20 years ago). I don't get it. The last time I went here there was a spider in with my Parmesan Twists. Don't recommend. If you're going to get pizza in Paris get Giovanni's or Papa John's and even then they are both mediocre.

I was not very impressed with the skimpy toppings! I ordered Canadian bacon and pineapple ( see pictures). Very skimpy toppings
