Food is really good, but more times than not, when I get my pizza home that I paid good money for, I have to cut it myself

Writing this review for the manager, awesome guy!! Always greets us with a smile, even though we are not regulars. Food is always hot and usually waiting, today from mobile to pick up 9 minutes!!Kid-friendliness: perch for the kids to watch pizza made.

Made an online order, after pizza was finished cooking it sat around for 40 minutes before going out for delivery. Was obviously cold by the time it got here. Attempted to call the store to ask what the hold up was and of course after being on the line for 10 minutes no one answered. At 2PM in the middle of the week you don't have anyone in there to pick up a phone?Paris isn't that big, there's absolutely no reason for an order to be sitting for nearly an hour before going out. It's like you're racing to follow in the footsteps of the local Little Caesars.The staff here are exceptionally unhelpful and rude and the drivers will intentionally annoy you out of sheer pettiness if you don't leave a tip. Their favorite method is to pretend they need you to sign something.Wont be tipping anymore, definitely not upfront. . Seems to take all incentive to do your job in a timely manner right out of your system. Tips are a reward for good service, not something you're entitled too.

This has to be the ABSOLUTE worst restaurant or whatever you wanna call it! They NEVER & II MEAN NEVER get your order right. So.. I've tried to call the store & you're put on hold for 20-30 minutes...that's if they even answer the phone. There's been many times that they pick it up & immediately hang up on you?!?!! If you do happen to get someone on the phone about your pizza being wrong , they argue with you & refuse to remake it. Trust me ..I know what goes on there! Everyone of the employees are highl & probably don't have a clue on what the hell they're doing!!

Updating my review. Since little ceasers shut down dominos prices have trumped papa John’s. The last several carry out orders I have received have been acceptable. A couple were really really good. My only complaint so far has been the lack of completely slicing the pizza. As other reviewers have stated thing SEEM TO BE IMPROVING. and I really hope they are. People do notice.10/31/23Papa John’s online ordering was down so I took a gamble with dominos. Ordered 2 medium 2 topping pizzas and they were actually pretty awesome. Lacking a bit on the sauce but that’s pretty typical.

Not good doesn't EVEN describe the food we paid a FORTUNE for. The pizza wasn't even good. Carry out order of two different pizzas an order of hot wings and a Philly cheese sandwich. The sandwich was hard as a rock,cold not enough meat and cheese to even cover the bun it was on and it all was hard and scorched. The pepperoni thin crust was burnt on one side and the whole thing was hard. Live too far away to have taken it ALL back. Will NEVER spend my hard earned money here again. They don't even deserve one star!!!!!
They have done so much better on not only the toppings but also the sauce is so much better. The pizza was hot for the first time in I don't know how long. Also, the weather here in Paris,KY is bad, and the driver forgot my 2 liter but went back and then brought it to me. He was wonderful, and we will definitely be ordering again. Thank you to all the employees of the Paris, KY Domino's...... Be safe

Customer service at this store was absolutely horrible. Staff was completely rude, interrupting and not willing to listen. Worker stated she has worked in this store for 12 years so she “knows” and would not let my husband get a word in. She kept talking over him and cutting him off in the conversation. Guy in the store offered to remake the item but stated it wasn’t his fault we didn’t know how to use the app correctly. Employees really need to be properly trained in customer service etiquette. No one is trying to scam your store out of some $7 buffalo wings.We were regular customers of this store but we will now look for pizza at another location.

I just ordered from Paris Ky. My food was not what I ordered, when I called the store to find out about correcting it, the woman that answered was so rude from the start of the conversation. She was very condescending and hung up on me. I was trying to be as polite as possible as I work with customers all day in my business. She on the other hand was far from trying to handle things in a friendly or professional manner. When I went to the store she proceeded to be rude and got someone from the back who stated he would remake my item but it wasn’t his fault I couldn’t work the app. While in the store we tried to recreate the item purchased on the app without being able to. These employees basically acted like I was running a scam to get an order of $7 wings for free even though I brought the item back. I have ordered from this location for years but after this experience they have lost our business.

If I could, I'd give zero stars all the way around the board... Order salad. They won't give you the right ranch. They'll give you cup branch. You could try to call them. You got to stay on hold for literally 25 minutes. You drive past the place and it is literally nobody in there... Other than the workers . Do better !! Especially when it's $50 for two pizzas...
