Drove about 45 minutes from our cabin to catch the 2p tour and a tasting. Showed up at 1:35. Walked around the lobby area for a few before seeing a not saying to call a number if there’s no worker. Called the number and the phone was in the lobby with us… called a few times, open and closed the door that a had a bell a few times hoping someone would hear. Finally left after 15-20mins of no service. Absolute waste of time
This tour was a highlight of our girls’ trip! Lindsey was friendly from the time we walked in and super fun throughout our tour! We enjoyed learning about the process and the history of the building. To top it off, we had a great time doing the tasting at the end of the tour and hanging out for a bit chatting with Lindsey and Kate, along with other folks being roped into the conversations. Second visit to Hartfield and Co. First visit was about a year ago; hubby and I had a super fun tour with Rachel. She was GREAT!! Convinced us to try all kinds of fun stuff and we fell in love with the Pre-Prohibition Bourbon. On yesterday’s visit, we dropped by just to pick up another bottle.
