My husband and I had a tour and tasting today with Lindsay. She is extremely well informed and great at having patience with answering all of our questions and hearing some of our stories. We absolutely adore her. We (my husband and I) are doing the Bourbon trail and we got our book stamped while we were there. Loved it! The most greatest part of the tour(other than all of it lol) is seeing the map that they have pins in. The pins are from where everyone is from who visited Hartfield and Co. There are pins from all over! Including Canada and outside the US.Great folks who work there and they make it feel like home. The husband and I will definitely be back to see them in our future! 10/10 would definitely recommend to see Hartfield and Co! You will not regret it.

The best small bourbon distillery hands down! I was so happy to go there for the frist bourbon distillery I visited. It was also the last stop on my bourbon trail tour aswell. Great small batch craft distiller with a very hands on process. Good contrast with large scale operations; very intimate look at how it's done. Also, Paris has a nice little downtown area for strolling and recommend Lil's for great lunch after the tour.

This distillery was a new one for me on the Bourbon Craft Tour. Lindsey gave a top notch tour that really showed the family vibe that comes from the only bourbon distillery in Bourbon County. Meeting Rye, Barley, and Waylon were absolutely the highlight and happy enjoyed trying their products with Zack the Yak. You have to try the FrankenWhiskey while they have it in stock!
I haven't yet had the pleasure of visiting them on-site, but sampled their new "Old Bourbon County" release a couple of weeks ago at the Kentucky Bourbon Festival in Bardstown, and it was FANTASTIC - SUPER flavorful, complex, and DELICIOUS. Great stuff!!! I bought two bottles as a result. ADORE small-scale farm-to-bottle distilleries, and Hartfield is one of the best!!! :-)

One of my favorite small distillery tours to date! Lindsey was the BEST tour guide and super knowledgeable about the whole experience. We decided to take our kids on this trip and she could easily keep them entertained simultaneously! The white whiskey is one of the best clears that I’ve tasted. Highly recommend!
