Came across this by chance when I was in town showing homes with a buyer. How fortunate! When I walked in the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They answered questions and gave suggestions. All the food displayed looked so amazing and it was hard to decide. But I settled on a beet and goat cheese croissant with the best little micro greens. And then I also got a apricot goat cheese and bacon quiche - because why not!? Both were excellent. Highly recommend this place for breakfast, brunch, coffee, and other amazing baked items. What a perfect little bakery. Definitely a must visit if you're in Paris.

I was in town showing Homes as a real estate agent and was looking for a great little spot to grab coffee and breakfast. And came across this absolute gym! I had a beat and goat cheese, croissant and an apricot goat cheese, baking quiche. Both were phenomenal. The staff were kind and helpful. All the food displayed looked amazing and it was hard to even choose! Both were as good as they looked! I highly recommend this spot for breakfast, coffee, brunch, snacks, you name it! Loved it.

I visited Paris for the first time today and stumbled upon this cute bakery! Every single thing we tried was amazing, and you can tell that everything was made from scratch. Coffee was also good. Will definitely be coming back here! Definitely one of the best bakeries I've ever been to!

Stopped in here for a light breakfast and a coffee while driving through. I saw them fill up the coffee carafe with a french press! So you know the coffee was good. Also got a cheese twist pastry and a lemon poppyseed muffin. Both were very good.

We are so grateful to have Hopewell Bake Exchange in downtown Paris! They’re always stocked with a variety of fresh artisan breads and delicious pastries and baked goods (plus house made granola and locally roasted coffee!). Each time we visit there’s something new to try, they experiment with interesting flavors and do the classics beautifully too. Super kind people who care about their community and put lots of love into what they do. An all-around treasure!
