Consistently a beautiful array of absolutely delicious baked goods!! Stop in to treat yourself … and leave with a box of goodies/breads to share with friends and family!!
This has been on my list of places to try for a while now, and finally got to go in today! Such a cute little place, and I loved the muffin I got. I’ll definitely be making the trip to come back soon!

They have a great selection of baked goods. Very beautiful interior design. Pastries are a bit expensive like $6 for butter Croissant but in general its a great addition to downtown Paris!

My best friend and I drove to Paris, specifically to visit Hopewell Bake Exchange. Imagine our disappointment when we arrived only to find the store was closed and they were set up at the Farmers' Market. The stand was pretty much sold out of everything and the young lady who was manning the stand was not very helpful with information about the business. She was just matter of fact that, "Yeah, we sell out pretty early. The store opens from 1:00-3:00 but, there won't be any treats. You may find a loaf of bread". I just wish the store had been open. I was interested in classes and recipes after seeing the business showcased on a local newscast. Best of luck to the Exchange and maybe I'll get back to Paris some other time.

Love their fresh baked bread selections! The sourdough is our favorite! Staff are also very friendly and easy to talk to, we don’t feel very intimidated when we talk to them about their selection. We mainly get the bread at the farmers market in paris, but are excited to go to their store front!
Everything is delicious!
How could we be Paris without an amazing bakery? Whether you live in Paris or are just passing through to visit historic downtown and Secretariat Park you HAVE to stop by Hopewell Bake Exchange! Wholesome and delicious rustic breads, bagels, sweets, quiche, bagels and English muffins among other surprises. Did I mention bagels? I love stopping in for a bagel on my way to work. Also grab some locally roasted CaffeMarco coffee while you're there. The service here is fantastic.
Awesome cookies and excellent service. Next time I'm in town I will go back and try the bread or a different sweet. Stop in u won't be sorry ?

Loved their vanilla latte cookie. A beautiful bakery that sells beautiful loaves of artisan bread. The person that works there was also very nice and friendly.

A delightful downtown location with some of the most delicious bites! Working downtown has made this a daily stop for me and everything I’ve tried is fantastic. Quiche is a personal favorite and the croissants are quickly making their place at the top! The chocolate babka and walnut chocolate chip cookies are sweet treats not to miss! And the breads……they’re good. Very good!
The space is beautiful, friendly and inviting. Their dedication to quality ingredients and investment in sourcing locally shine thru every bite! Make sure to stop in or visit them at one of their weekly farmers market setups!

We stopped in and got a delicious walnut chocolate chip cookie and fresh Sourdough bread. They also have the most amazing coffee. I highly recommend you visit Andrea a try as many delicious treats as possible. We’ll definitely be going back again.

Last month I found myself near Paris, KY around lunchtime (3pm my time), and ventured downtown in search of a mom and pop style diner or sandwich shop. When I stepped out of the car, the whole town smelled of fresh baked bread! I asked around, and was directed to the Hopewell Bake Exchange.
I bought two loaves of bread, two bags of granola, a walnut/chocolate chip cookie, and a scone.
The cookie, in a word - heaven! I'm not kidding, meaty and delicious - I nibbled on it the rest of the day, and had some left over for the next day! But the real treat was waiting for me after I'd gotten home to Atlanta!
The granola was outstanding, among the best I've ever had (I think I got cherry/pistachio), the sourdough loaf was on a par with the granola, very, very good! But I didn't discover the star of the show until I cut into the second loaf (which we stored in the freezer) two weeks later. The Parasite - Outer Seeded Loaf, is the BEST bread I've ever eaten!!
So, if you ever find yourself in Central Kentucky, please, I urge you, check out Hopewell Bake Exchange in PARIS! You can thank me later!
