The food was good but the person bringing it to our table tried to give it to another table for some reason they didn't bother to even look at the numbers we were given when we sat down.

Stop for lunch at 12:30 was told at the counter as they turned away other customers it would be about an hour and a half for any chicken and it was out of some other items as well so just in a short time I was there and there was 10 people that walked away terrible planning big inconvenience for those who parked and stopped and washed up and then went to the counter to find out they didn’t have the food that they wanted to order

Drove from Lexington to the nearest Long John silver's which happened to be in Paris.Pulled into the parking lot to find five employees outside chatting with someone in a vehicle.I pulled up to the drive-thru one of the young men with a Long John silver's shirt on ran inside to answer the drive-thru.I ordered what was to be $45 worth of food.Drove around to the window to pay, the young man in the window talk to me like I was his school buddy.And stated I forgot to tell you our chicken is not thawed out so we can't cook it.There was no customers at all five cars in the parking and five employees standing around a car in the parking lot.As I pulled around from the drive-thru window I asked if they would go inside and get ready to do business.Then the girl in the group with a blue Long John silver shirt on starts cussing me as I drive out the parking lot.I came close to pulling back in the parking lot and going to look for a manager but from the looks of the employees I doubt there was one competent enough to handle the situation.Was a faithful customer.All the ljs in Lexington have shut down my guess is the one in Paris won't last long.

Waited 20 minutes at drive thru and still got orders wrong. Seemed to have an issue with cooks and people filling orders. Usually love most long John's we go to. The one on the bypass at Paris KY didn't leave a good impression. Hopefully not like this all the time.
