Saturday 03/29 hours between 5pm-8pm I was out doing doordash deliveries and there was only two workers and they were phenomenal and doing all they could. Im not sure who the girl was working she had long brown hair in ponytail she was amazing and doing all she could. I wish I could've got her name.

I ordered 3 things and a drink. Our total was $33. We waited for over a hour on our food after it had said out for delivery. It never came . We called the store & they said that the driver knocked and no one answered so they just left it on the door step. She left it at the wrong door. instead of replacing our whole order and sending it out the door. They could apparently only send out the pizza and couldn’t refund us for my drink, the cheese sticks or the wings.

Their pizza crust aren't as thick as they used to be. Anymore their regular crust reminds me of a thin crust. I still order from them though but just not as often. So sad

My guests ate some of it. Showed up cold. Apparently the site had a different order than what I selected? I guess this is a good place to get some pizza if you don't want a frozen one. Waiting on dominos now.

Worst Papa John's around. GM has -0 experience in leadership whatsoever. She has absolutely no idea of what she's doing. They always have no staff, no drivers, and delivery time is always just horrible. Employees steal from the store. The District Manager is very uneducated and also has absolutely no idea what he is doing. It will never be anymore than it already is.
This place has gone downhill. Place an order 2 hours ago. Still haven't got it.

Papa John’s in Paris likes to keep the theme of most terrible city in KY to order pizza. I created a $45 online order with no progress or response, it’s now 9 o clock, I’ve been charged for my order, called the store multiple times with no response. Terrible service. I will be going to the store in person to collect my refund.
