Worst Papa John's around. GM has -0 experience in leadership whatsoever. She has absolutely no idea of what she's doing. They always have no staff, no drivers, and delivery time is always just horrible. Employees steal from the store. The District Manager is very uneducated and also has absolutely no idea what he is doing. It will never be anymore than it already is.

Papa John’s in Paris likes to keep the theme of most terrible city in KY to order pizza. I created a $45 online order with no progress or response, it’s now 9 o clock, I’ve been charged for my order, called the store multiple times with no response. Terrible service. I will be going to the store in person to collect my refund.

To begin, I want to add that the entire team (2 men) work extremely hard and tirelessly to service a community of over 10,000 people. The service is friendly and the pizzas are always fresh and hot. Having said that, Papa John's really needs to hire more people at a living salary.It was an 8 p.m. Friday, and I went in to get two pizzas. There would be an hour wait because there weren't enough people to completely staff the store, I watched a lot of business walk out the door. I arrived hungry and departed hungry.We were very disappointed because we adore Papa John's and their team and had been planning all day to have it for dinner.It’s not fair to the employees who work extremely hard, while short-staffed, to keep it afloat.

I like there pizza the best I have eat have great fresh vegetables meat is really good and fresh. Tomato sauce is great for Dunkin. But I love my pizza without the sauce.
Vegetarian options: They do sell alot.
Parking: There is handicap available. You can pull up front run in pic up ur order. All is Good.
Kid-friendliness: Yes kids are welcome in we are not a sitting establishment Call orders or walk in or on computer .

This papa Jon's has canceled my order at 10:22 twice without calling to tell me so that I may get food somewhere else. And once they've called at 1030 to say they have no drivers and i need to come get it. This location obviously doesn't like to work after 10pm. Close at 10 if you're going to give customers problems. Now I again am stuck inside my house sick with no where to obtain food unless I drive to Lexington where restaurants are happy to serve. Including mine.
