Papa John’s in Paris likes to keep the theme of most terrible city in KY to order pizza. I created a $45 online order with no progress or response, it’s now 9 o clock, I’ve been charged for my order, called the store multiple times with no response. Terrible service. I will be going to the store in person to collect my refund.

To begin, I want to add that the entire team (2 men) work extremely hard and tirelessly to service a community of over 10,000 people. The service is friendly and the pizzas are always fresh and hot. Having said that, Papa John's really needs to hire more people at a living salary.It was an 8 p.m. Friday, and I went in to get two pizzas. There would be an hour wait because there weren't enough people to completely staff the store, I watched a lot of business walk out the door. I arrived hungry and departed hungry.We were very disappointed because we adore Papa John's and their team and had been planning all day to have it for dinner.It’s not fair to the employees who work extremely hard, while short-staffed, to keep it afloat.

I like there pizza the best I have eat have great fresh vegetables meat is really good and fresh. Tomato sauce is great for Dunkin. But I love my pizza without the sauce.Vegetarian options: They do sell alot.Parking: There is handicap available. You can pull up front run in pic up ur order. All is Good.Kid-friendliness: Yes kids are welcome in we are not a sitting establishment Call orders or walk in or on computer .

This papa Jon's has canceled my order at 10:22 twice without calling to tell me so that I may get food somewhere else. And once they've called at 1030 to say they have no drivers and i need to come get it. This location obviously doesn't like to work after 10pm. Close at 10 if you're going to give customers problems. Now I again am stuck inside my house sick with no where to obtain food unless I drive to Lexington where restaurants are happy to serve. Including mine.

It was April the 2nd 2023 ordered a large pizza and large bread sticks cheese sticks this was at 9:03 and I still haven't got it And I tried to call and check on my order but never would answer the phone This makes twice this has happened and I have a home security system that records 247 There never was a papa John's car pulling front of my apartment

I ordered a large pizza and when we got the pizza it was still doughy and made my husband sick. I'm very disappointed.

not sure what happened but, when i first moved here dominos rocked and papa johns kinda sucked. but the tables have turned and if you want pizza papa johns is the place to go!
I ordered food from here along with a drink and gave a couple dollar tip. I was told after I had ordered that a Door Dash driver would be delivering the food. When the driver arrived, she handed me my food, but I noticed that she didn't have my drink. I asked her about it, and she immediately said that she could go back to get it. I thanked her, and she left. After a half an hour passed, I called the store to ask where she was. They told me that she had come in and picked up the drink, and that she had left a little bit ago. After I waited another half an hour, I called again. I was given a credit, but it is still extremely frustrating. It's clear that the Door Dash driver stole my drink. To simply put it, Papa John's needs to pick a different delivery service other than the criminals over at Door Dash. Shame on that driver, you didn't deserve that tip.

More of the same from below. 2nd order in a row messed up. Didn't even deliver one of the pizzas. Then the usual excuse of we can't send it out now...only one driver....no refund yet even for the one not delivered....back to Dominos

Definitely rated a 0. Never had food poisoning IN MY LIFE until I ate here. So violent sick I nearly called an ambulance. Threw up over 15 times and severely dehydrated. Do not eat here ever. Do better.
