I just had my very first PHO from here and ever it was so delicious I do plan to get this often. im sick today so I asked my husband for it and the spicy of the sauce that you add so just enough to clear me out to breath.

From the moment I stepped inside the Building famously known as the tallest three-story building” — I knew this was no ordinary stay. What I didn’t realize was that the true treasure of Paris, Kentucky, isn’t just the landmark itself… it’s Lee Nguyen.
Lee is one of those rare souls who radiates kindness, humor, and sincerity in everything he does. He greeted me not just as a guest, but as a friend he was genuinely happy to see me. Within minutes, his warmth and laughter made me feel like I’d known him for years.
The B&B suite was spotless, elegant, and full of character — a perfect blend of comfort and charm perched high above the café. Every detail reflected care and pride, from the beautiful décor to the view overlooking Main Street. You can feel the history, but you can also feel Lee’s heart in every corner.
Downstairs, the restaurant was an unexpected delight. The food is a vibrant mix of flavors Vietnamese comfort meets Kentucky hospitality , with dishes that carry both soul and finesse. You can tell Lee cooks with love, humor, and a genuine wish to make people happy.
It was truly a pleasure and an honor to spend the weekend here. People like Lee make travel memorable , he’s living proof that kindness, laughter, and hard work can transform even an ordinary meal or stay into something unforgettable.

I got the Singapore noodles, which was something new for me. You definitely need an acquired taste for it which I did not have. I tried to power through though. I didn’t feel like the restaurant was very clean but I can look past that. What killed me was the bathrooms that did not look clean at all. I think all these things added up made for a less than good experience. The owner seemed very sweet and I wanted to like the restaurant so bad but I just did not.
