Best Mexican food in Paris, KY. A superior version of Qdoba or Chipotle, it functions much the same, where you go down the line getting add-ins to your burrito or bow or tacos etc...the meats are delicious and well seasoned, the rice is fluffy, the beans are whole, and the veggies crunchy. The toppings are fresh and you got to get the pico, it's packed with flavor. I highly recommend getting their horchata to drink. Their salsas are fantastic and have good flavor, I recommend the creamy green one and the dark red one for super spicy but bueno flavor, they go great with the chips.
Vegetarian options: You don't have to get meat.
Parking: It's not the biggest lot, but there are lots of places to park around the building.
Wheelchair accessibility: They are ADA compliant.
