Best Mexican food in Paris, KY. A superior version of Qdoba or Chipotle, it functions much the same, where you go down the line getting add-ins to your burrito or bow or tacos etc...the meats are delicious and well seasoned, the rice is fluffy, the beans are whole, and the veggies crunchy. The toppings are fresh and you got to get the pico, it's packed with flavor. I highly recommend getting their horchata to drink. Their salsas are fantastic and have good flavor, I recommend...
Driving through and stopped to get a bite to eat. We got a steak burrito and a carnitas burrito- both were generous in portions and delicious. Salsa verde was awesome! Also had jarritos sodas that we don't see very often since we left San Diego. My toddlers loved the chips, queso, & salsa.
Awesome food. Awesome customer service. The atmosphere is what it is. It is a choose/build your own or choose something already made but not sit down service. It is clean and bright. Not fancy.
