It's nice to live in a community that still has a standalone Subway. This one is located in a small shopping complex, that has other restaurants and stores. They are fast and efficient and the store looks a lot cleaner than other Subways I've been in.

When customers come in they should be recognized for being there even if you're doing online orders , making people stand there for 5-10 minutes to place an order is not customer service it's rude , Period.

I am disheartened to hear about the poor experiences of many at this location. Conversely, my girlfriend and I have always had a great experience during our lunch visits before work. Briana is amazing! The selection is decidedly the best in the area, making each visit exceptional.

We have a subway in the Walmart that just makes this subway eat it's dust, the customer service is awful, rude. The food is never good never correct, and the store itself just sucks especially considering the one is in Walmart is fantastic all the way around and so much tastier and cleaner.

They are very rude. Ordered 3 online sandwiches. 2 of the sandwiches where fine and done right, but one of them wasn't made right it was on the wrong bread, they didn't put the cheese I asked for and it wasn't toasted at all. We had pics of the sandwich called them and told them what had happened, they said they would replace it. Cuz my husband was on his lunch break he couldn't come in to get it then he would get it the next day. The next day I go to get the sandwich they messed up for my husband for lunch again. They tell me they watched cameras and the sandwich was done right. Even tho we had pics and could prove they messed the sandwich up. It was supposed to be Italian herb and cheese bread and it was just regular white bread anybody with the right mind knows the difference. The lady said well they won't replace it even tho they messed up. My husband didn't even eat the messed up sandwich cuz it wasn't what he wanted. Apparently customer services isn't important to them.

Great place, great, service, great location, food was great as always. Staff was kind. Service was fast, even tho we weren't first in line. I'd highly recommend if you're in the area and feel like a footlong. This place is for you.

Food was great but the lady behind the counter had her kids & hubby hanging out, making noise, showing off, opening boxes for her. The kids were disruptive and going behind the counter. I dined in and this had a huge impact on myself and my date. It was like eating in a school cafeteria! We were both disgusted by the lack of professionalism displayed at this establishment & most likely will not return.

I went in and there and I was the only one in line. There were two girls there making sandwiches. I stood there for 3 or 4 minutes and was totally ignored. That is completely unacceptable. I go in there all the time and have never had a problem until now.

Ordered subs for 20 people the previous day. Everything was exactly as I ordered it and was ready for me when I arrived. Both ladies who waited on me were friendly and efficient. Sub's were delicious.
