Ordered a crunchwrap and got a plain taco instead. A difference of $3.50. The manager refused to make it right. They have stolen from us twice now in Paris. We will never buy here again. Shoppers beware.

Ordering here was a nightmare today. You order Verde nacho fries and get burritos, but when you mention that it was wrong, everyone just stares. Finally, after 4 employees, I get something that is supposed to resemble what we ordered, but it was not made correctly and wasn't worth the price. I would recommend another location if you want what you paid for!

I ordered from taco bell menu and the crunch wrap was no where near crunchy, my loco taco was soggy and barely filled. My husband ordered from KFC side and he barely got any fries on top of that they were cold.

Awful. Every taco was broken and the teaspoon of meat was stuck to the wrapper. There’s a tiny bit of filling and a whole lot of empty shell. It also had a weird taste. I just added Taco Bell to my “do not eat there” list. ????
This location is like most every Taco Bell anywhere. This past visit my food was fresh, hot and quite good.

3 days in a row. I've gone. 3 days in a row my order has been wrong. Tonight I asked them to fix my order. I checked after leaving drive thru. I had to go around the store back to the window. They refused saying because I already left they can't fix it. Bad service.
