Every visit something always goes wrong. I order a specialty cheeseburger and they give me a normal cheeaeburger. I order a strawberry frosty and they're out. I just now ordered a cherry vanilla Dr Pepper and they give me cherry vanilla water. Garbage.

Every time I come to this Wendy's the fries are cold. This time I decided to ask for no salt on the fries (thinking they would make fresh fries) jokes on me. They gave me cold fries with salt anyway. The baconator sandwich that I ordered had one piece of bacon, a half of jar of mayo and a half a bottle of ketchup. It was a sloppy mess. Really disappointed. This was my last visit.

For a fast food restaurant, this isn't bad. It is one of the better cleaned facilities that I've seen. The food is typically made correctly. In numerous visits that I have been there, I have only received incorrectly made food one time. The staff seems friendly enough. They do a decent job.
I had picked up a mobile order for Me and my Boss Jess ( who is a tyrant and dictator ) JK she's awesome. The service was great. The kid was on it. Lickity split. Didn't have to wait long, even tho I showed up just a few min after the order was placed. The store, which was remodeled. looked great and very clean,and for a fast food place is a definite plus, but that's where the good stuff ends. I grabbed my order and was out the door Flash style, Zoooom ! Got to my job and opened up my Cobb Salad. Here's the kicker. Chicken was bad, I'm talking Michael Myers bad. Dry, like the Sahara dry, and it looked like it was petrified. I ended up throwing it away, didn't need a case of the squirts or to try and digest that thing for a decade so I was done. I did call to let them know how horrible it was and they agreed to reimburse me, so that's a good thing on their part. Oh , my bosses nuggies were dope , but they did forget her sour cream, which she was very upset by.. so that sucked. Thanks Wendy's. Deuces! ✌️

We ordered 5 Biggie bags and only got 4 meals. We got the 5 drinks but no straws and the people were not very friendly at all. The burgers were the safest thing I have ever seen. Not worth the time or effort to eat here.
