Managers are rude to even their own workers. Refuse to give corporate number when asked. Also I saw a MANAGER touch bacon with their BARE hands. They are completely rude and extremely unprofessional. If I could get the corporates number they would have many, many complaints.

This location was recently remodeled so I was pretty sure I would be in for a pleasant experience tonight when I stopped by. The outside looked nice. The parking lot was well lit and clean. Upon entering the restaurant it was also brightly illuminated and very clean. It was between 5:30 and 6:00pm so I was surprised there were so few customers other than myself. I was with two other people and we went to the counter to order. We were met by a friendly employee who dutifully explained they were out of French fries. They had been for a while and it may be some time before they were available again. So we ordered accordingly substituting baked potatoes or chili for our sides. Then we were informed they were out of crackers for the chili. Oh well. We got our orders and proceeded to the condiment bar/counter and it too was out of stock. The good news is they do have a new drink dispenser that has a lot of different flavors and it worked fine. The food we received was good, not on par with Wendy's fare I've had in the past at other locations. I probably won't return to this Wendy's which is a shame because I have enjoyed Wendy's restaurants for many years, but there are too many other options available and with prices at all restaurants increasing so much I would not want to risk another experience like this one again.

Got a honey biscuit and Frosty cream ice coffee for myself, got my husband a biscuit and gravy and orange juice and we had 2 completely different experiences. His orange juice was gross, outdated. His food was so disgusting my dog wouldn't even eat the gravy and the biscuit he got were literally hard as rocks. My biscuit was delicious my chicken was good and cooked all the way definitely could of used more honey, my ice coffee was made perfectly that morning. However when I went back that evening the ice coffee was no made correctly and tasted awful like creamy water, not good at all.
One of the worst restaurants in Paris. The employees hate their job, if you ask for anything you will be lucky if you get it. I eat here twice a year and it reminds me every time it always disappoints.

Cashier from New York was very rude to me as well as an elderly patron. She rushed her to order and was very short with her. She demanded she respond quicker to her questions about side item choices. She was wearing mask and you could hardly hear what she was saying. Other staff was. Very good except the cashier. She was very very rude. August 31 2023
