The Cincinnati Club was such an amazing place to have our wedding at! The space alone is beautiful, the staff is extremely attentive, the food/drinks are amazing!! The staff made sure that the groom & I were taken care of from the second we walked out of the ceremony (they were waiting with food and drinks) to the second we left the venue (they sent us home with leftovers). I seriously could not recommend this place more!! We also worked with Brent Baker, one of their event planners. She was amazing & helped the planning process go so smoothly. She was always quick to respond and would give us any recommendations we needed! We definitely recommend booking your wedding/event with McHales & the Cincinnati Club!

Our wedding at the Cincinnati Club was a dream come true. The whole experience from start to finish exceeded all of our expectations. We would highly recommend McHale’s and the Cincinnati Club, they made everything so seamless and stress free, we couldn’t have asked for anything better!

We used McHale’s for our wedding, and I cannot recommend them enough! The food was absolutely incredible — we had the Alfredo chicken, steak, vegetables, and rosette potatoes, and everything was to die for. Our guests are still raving about how good the food was.

One thing that stood out to us was how quickly dinner was served. We really wanted dinner to move along so people could mingle and enjoy the evening, and McHale’s delivered perfectly on that — fast service without sacrificing quality.

Beyond the amazing food and prompt service, the staff genuinely made the experience unforgettable. They were so kind, accommodating, and brought such a fun energy to the night. At one point, a staff member even got pulled onto the dance floor by some of our guests — and she jumped right in without missing a beat! That’s the kind of vibe they brought to our wedding.

We also had the pleasure of working with Megan Cassiere, our event coordinator from McHale’s. She was so communicative, kind, and accommodating throughout the entire process. It was truly a great experience working with her.

As a small example of how thoughtful the team was: by the end of the night, there was just one shot of vodka left at the bar, and they made sure to save it for the mother of the bride because they knew that’s what she’d been drinking that day. Little moments like that show just how much they care.

I’ve already recommended McHale’s to several friends. If you’re considering them — don’t hesitate. You won’t regret having them be part of your day!

McHale’s made our wedding at Drees Pavilion on 4/25/25 truly magical! Our event coordinator Phyllis would not let us give up on our dreams of an outdoor wedding and made sure everyone was outside for the 15 min window the rain stopped. The staff took such great care of us all night long and we never had to ask for anything. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Our son’s wedding was held at the Cincinnati Club and catered by McHale’s. Excellent, attentive staff and great food. Lots of compliments from guests on how great the meal was.

We cannot say enough good things about McHale’s Catering! The food for our wedding reception at Drees Pavilion was absolutely amazing—our guests are still raving about it. Everyone was impressed with the dual entrée of both chicken and steak, and the mashed potatoes were to die for! The service was seamless—the wait staff was so professional and discreet that we hardly noticed them, which made everything feel effortless. The bartenders were fantastic—friendly, quick, and kept the drinks flowing all night. McHale’s truly helped make our day perfect!”

The Cincinnati Club is where you want to host your wedding. From the beginning of booking our wedding to picking up our gifts the next day was smooth, thorough and fun! Brent our event manager was fabulous to work with. She was reassuring and helping with our creative thoughts. Very accommodating with our new/different ideas. The banquet manager Jeanie took care of all our needs. No guest walked around without a drink in hand or food on the table. She even assisted with my bustle last minute! Our guests continued to complimented the ballrooms and top notch service. I would recommend the Cincinnati Club over and over again!

My husband and I used McHale's Catering for our wedding reception at the Devou Golf & Event Center. They were one of the several catering options for the venue that we were able to choose from and we are so glad we used them! The food was so delicious and we received lots of compliments from our friends and family that attended our event. They were so friendly and very easy to work with during the event planning process.

As someone with pretty strict dietary needs, events such as weddings typically mean I eat something prior to the event. However, I recently attended a wedding at the Cincinnati Club and McHales Catering did an outstanding job! My meal couldn't have been better- I did not feel like I was missing out on anything! Having gluten free bread was such a nice bonus also. Even the club soda I had was a pretty mocktail! I highly recommend McHales Catering- their thoughtfulness that goes into making sure ALL guests are taken care of sets them above the rest!

The lady named Jeanie with the company is completely and utterly rude. I was watching her interact with employees and vendors at a wedding recently and yelling at strangers you do not know is so unprofessional. She has a poor attitude and shouldn’t be in customer service if that’s how she treats people.

We used McHale's Catering for our wedding in December, and we were beyond pleased with our experience from start to finish. Megan was my point of contact for the year leading up to our big day, and she is amazing! She is extremely friendly, communicative, and very knowledgeable. We even realized that she was on the McHale's team and helped with my brother's wedding almost 15 years ago! On the day of, Phyllis was basically our fairy godmother. She was always anticipating mine and my new husband's needs, and we never had to ask for anything! She made sure our bellies were full of food, our drinks were never empty, and that there was a smile on our face the entire evening. Our family is still talking about how amazing she was! They're also still talking about how yummy the food was! We had the stations with pasta, carving, and coneys, and it was such a great balance of nice traditional food and a late night snack! It truly was the dream wedding caterer experience for us, and I would recommend them to anyone!
