This was my first time here and the first thing I noticed was how dirty the place was. I waited at least 15 minutes or more for my drink. The latte I got was not good at all & there were black coffee grounds (I hope) floating at the bottom of my cup. Also way overpriced for the quality.

Hands down, the BEST chai in the area. I would drive 30min to get their spicy dirty chai latte. Already thinking about it. They get 2 stars deducted because the place is dirty. Walls, floors, doors, etc. all need a thorough scrubbing. And it is consistently dirty - I am not basing it on just one visit but on multiple through the course of the years.

The bagel breakfast sandwich was good. I’ve given this place quite a few chances, but each time I end up disappointed. The iced coffee was not good, lacking flavor and had pieces of something in the bottom of my cup- I’m hoping instant coffee grounds? Not sure. Overpriced for what you get. My coffee wasn’t even full all the way, and mostly ice. I’m really not sure how this cafe hasn’t had issues with the health department… very dirty and unsanitary from customer perspective.

Whenever I'm studying late, this is my where I go. Great coffee, staff is extremely friendly, just a wonderful place to hangout and get stuff done (at least for me).
I must say I did enjoy the food. Chicken salad was excellent and tortilla soup was acceptable though it doesn't have tortillas... The interior is a little too shabby for my liking. Worn furnishings, icky restroom, old, stained ceiling tiles,just worn down like an old dog. Worst of all, with all the food being cooked and poor ventilation, it was very smoky inside. The servers were friendly and seems like most patrons were happy regulars, but I wasn't impressed. Ok, not great.

Me and my friend would come here to study for college. The drinks are fantastic and the staff also very sweet! I know this isn’t necessarily something they can control but when the kids from Cov Cath would get out of school a lot of them would come here and wow did we get some stares! Maybe this is like…their “territory” or something who knows but beware of the evil catholic high school kids haha.
