I absolutely love this location!! Every time I come here, the service is great, and we always have the sweetest waiters!! My food is always delicious. I took my sister and brother in law to this location as my brother in law had never ate at Applebees before and my sister had only ate at the one in Lexington, and they were highly pleased with their services as well. The waitress we had(I can’t remember her name, I need to find my receipt LOL) she was exceptional!! Again, beyond pleased with my services each time!!

So disappointed have ate here alot over the years food was terrible cold mashed potatoes chicken unseasoned. Brought my wife and I loaded mashed potatoes which we did not ask for so waiter had to bring some on a plate. If I wanted loaded I would have asked for them. Even the neighborhood nachos were terrible and juat warm. Last trip.
Applebee's food quality has gone down considerably. Obviously, food was previously prepared prior to sitting under a hot light for an unacceptable period of time. I do not recommend this particular Applebees.

The food n drinks were on point very good...the service was good as well ...I recommend the chicken bacon ranch
This Applebees is difficult to review because the food/service varies each day. However, yesterday (May 26, 2024 at 9pm) the food and service was EXCELLENT. We ordered wings and they actually had sauce on them, they were a great portion size, and overall the experience was way better than usual. Whoever was working in the kitchen and serving that night needs a raise.

The tomato basil soup was pretty good. I wish it had been hotter. I also had the strawberry chicken salad. It was tasty, but there was too much dressing. Next time, I will order the dressing on the side.

I ordered food thru DoorDash. My food arrived very quickly but when I got it, my sandwich bread wasn't grilled, it was soggy. The meat on my sandwich was burnt. My fries were old and cold. It wasn't Doordash, it was poor food quality control. Very disappointing experience.

The only reason I gave 3 is because, the manager, that went by,"Momma" was so nice, and actually acted like she cared. The waitress by the name of Kayla, needs to find another line of work. We FINALLY got our mozeralla sticks, as we were leaving the restaurant, in a carry out bag......
