I stopped the night in pikeville for work and tried to get uber eats to deliver some food. Uber eats system messed up and it resulted in me going to Applebees to pick up the food. The manager on duty (Tina) and the staff were more than willing to help get me my order. They were polite and understanding. Ubereats mess up was fixed by Applebees. If I come back again for work I’ll definitely come back to this Applebees location. Thank you again!

My mom and I stopped there on our way to WV. This was the best Applebees I've ever been to. Our waitress was friendly and had good recommendations. We loved the quesadillas and wonton tacos. The restaurant and bathroom were clean. The wait staff was hustling and had friendly vibes. It was so great we visited again today on our way home to TN. We got the cesar and oriental salads and they were great. We even had the same waitress. I didn't catch her name. Keep up the fantastic work, Applebees! A+!

We used to get the ribs there all the time the last three times we were there the ribs were unedible and they don't care this is why I gave this restaurant two stars it was a great place to go for a while but not so much anymore servers are not very friendly if you want any service at all you just about to have to sit at the bar and have a bartender wait on you seems they are the only ones concerned

The chicken parm fettuccine I got had too little alfredo sauce on the noodles and a smidgen of tomato sauce on the chicken. Neither sauce had enough flavor. The breading on the chicken itself was tough. It was tough on the boneless wings, as well. Maybe they were overcooked...? But possibly just a bad recipe. The bread stick that came with the dish seemed to be a bit overbaked, as well. The service was great though. They tend to their dining room and outside well.
UPDATE: Had the fiesta lime chicken today. The rice was pretty dry. The chicken, sauce, and tortilla shreds were great though.

We had a great Father's Day meal at Applebees in Pikeville. Our server was super nice and it didn't take too long for our food to come out, especially considering it's a holiday. I had an incident that I needed help with and several servers and the manager, LaTonya was so super helpful!! I can't thank LaTonya enough for her patience and kindness during a stressful shift. She is an amazing person!!
