We had a great Father's Day meal at Applebees in Pikeville. Our server was super nice and it didn't take too long for our food to come out, especially considering it's a holiday. I had an incident that I needed help with and several servers and the manager, LaTonya was so super helpful!! I can't thank LaTonya enough for her patience and kindness during a stressful shift. She is an amazing person!!

Food is delicious, but what makes me return often is the service. There have been 2 negative service issues in the past, both with different hostesses. But the waitress Elisha. She is phenomenal! Super friendly EACH visit, no matter how busy she is. She always is kind, patient, and smiling. She does an excellent job with her job duties, our drinks never get empty, and we never have to call for her. This lady, Elisha, that is a waitress at Pikeville, KY Applebee's deserves positive recognition.

I absolutely love this location!! Every time I come here, the service is great, and we always have the sweetest waiters!! My food is always delicious. I took my sister and brother in law to this location as my brother in law had never ate at Applebees before and my sister had only ate at the one in Lexington, and they were highly pleased with their services as well. The waitress we had(I can’t remember her name, I need to find my receipt LOL) she was exceptional!! Again, beyond pleased with my services each time!!

So disappointed have ate here alot over the years food was terrible cold mashed potatoes chicken unseasoned. Brought my wife and I loaded mashed potatoes which we did not ask for so waiter had to bring some on a plate. If I wanted loaded I would have asked for them. Even the neighborhood nachos were terrible and juat warm. Last trip.
Applebee's food quality has gone down considerably. Obviously, food was previously prepared prior to sitting under a hot light for an unacceptable period of time. I do not recommend this particular Applebees.
