this Pikeville Arby's is horrible! we waited I line for around 30 minutes, and when we finally got our food it was not even right. I took my sandwich back in, then tried to eat but the fries were cold and tough, and my new sandwich was just slopped together. $20 down the drain for absolutley nothing. I will NEVER eat at this location again.
I was at Arby's a week ago and the food was not good the meat was really disgusting. I normally love to eat at Arby's but on that day I just fed my food to the bird's don't think I will eat at that Arby's again
I went through the Drive thru on Tuesday night, had a terrible time ordering food, kept being put on hold after each item, and the server was very rude, then once I get to the window, I can hear very vulgar and nasty talk, loud and yelling. Waited almost 15 minutes for food, when I finally received it, it was cold and very nasty. Service was horrible, will NOT be eating here again.
