Went to BWW in pikeville on 6/14/24 and the service was horrible. The waitress came and got drinks and appetizer orders and said she would come back for the food order and disappeared for 20 minutes and finally came back and stated she forgot. We finally got to order out food and the waitress dissappeared again for 40 minutes and never brought refills or ever came back to the table. Out wings were cold. Not the slightest bit warm just cold. There was maybe 20 people dining in the restaurant so that had nothing to do with getting cold food
