Burgers are amazing, staff is energetic and attentive. The pricing is more than fair, my family can never finish a meal.

The worst experience start to finish in all categories. Unfriendly staff, long wait times, and very poor management. Waited over 45 min for 4 standard promotional menu items. Less than 15 tables in the restaurant on a Monday night. No apologies for the extremely long wait time, no server check in after food delivery, and the a manager we tried to speak to blew us off. She said she would deliver the food she had and come talk to us, she walked by our table with nothing in her hands and made eye contact twice. I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. Should've went anywhere else.

Pulled in at 11:20pm after being on the road with our mules for 8 straight hours and they wouldn't serve us. 4 vehicles in the parking lot, customers seated and eating.

Me and my family of 5 went here we waited 20 minutes to order and 1 hour ti get out food the waiter hardly checked up with us but she did refill our drinks and we didn’t want a small booth for 5 people and they sat as at a table next to a bar with kids and we got a lot of looks and the wings were crunchy in a weird way and there was hardly any sauce on them It was a okay experience

I purchased (2) 50 dollars gift cards before Christmas. I was told for each 50 spent you get a 10 dollar card. They were out of the cards so I had the cashier to write it at the top of my receipts. I went today to use them (using the receipts I had). They would not honor them and took my name and number to get back with me. Also said it was only 5 dollars cards not 10. Needless to say I told the manager I will not longer purchase cards in the restaurant. He told me I should have as for a manager that a cashier could not promise cards at a later date because they were out. Thought about it on my way home and I do not work Bdubs and I don’t know the rules so why would I have ask for a manager!!
Food was exactly what we, a party of 2, expected from BWW. This visit was a train wreck from the instant we walked in. No one to greet patrons at the host table. A man, who was sitting at a table behind the host table, seemed to be annoyed that he had to leave his beer to greet a patron. Just a "you want a high top or a booth?" We were pointed to a staff member who literally pointed to an empty booth for us to sit. We were told that there was a party of 60 on the other side of the restaurant and that "things are crazy and you need to hurry up and place your order" We placed an order and received our food and received it fairly quickly, but very soon after received the bill as well. We sat and watched while wait staff played with each other's hair, hid in a corner to play on cell phones, and "shuffle" around to look busy when who I presume to be the manager came around. I would have ordered a draft beer had there been a bartender. The entirety of our visit, there was not a bartender.
I understand that a group of 60 will place a large burden on an establishment, however, I'm also of the understanding that a group of that size would not be taken without a prior notice. There seemed to be no organization and/or leadership to the staffing. Hopefully this establishment can get things together soon.

I walked in last night Sunday November the 10th to a seemingly busy restaurant. With a group of 10 or more sitting in the waiting area. I walked to the host stand and stood for 15 minutes. No one came over nothing. One sweet server walked by about 5 minutes in and said someone would be over shortly. I am a waitress and am use to waiting but when I realized three other workers were standing at the bar pointing at me and my husband. We continued to wait then the party behind us got up and said you might as well leave and walked out. By this time the workers at the bar start laughing and are still pointing over at us. I waited another 5 minutes before walking out. I will never go back and I recommend you don’t go either. Get better staff and people who want to be there. I’m and excellent tipper and really wanted some wings.
