Excellent food. Loved our seating, best seats in the house. Nice staffing. Not rushed, but we did come between lunch and dinner times.

Horrible experience. Music so loud our party of 8 could not talk!! Got 2 meals, one was a piece of meat with fries coming later. Appetizers came after our meal. No refills on drinks. Couple other meals finally come, no fries or baked potatoes with those. Finally the other meals came. Fish was too greasy. Finally fries came and one was spilled in my husbands lap by servicer and got grease that wont come out on his shirt. Still didnt get one baked potato. Asked a different server to refill our drinks so we gave him our tip. Still screaming at each other to talk at the end. We sang happy birthday and no one heard us cause of the music. Nightmare experience.
Food was way above average and portion size was great. I would say the only negative is it's a bit pricey. We ordered two sandwiches, one dragon roll, two sodas and one extra side. $72.00 after 20% tip. If you order anything besides sandwiches or burgers you're going way north of $100. Overall good experience, worth a try.

Drake's is Drake's. There's nothing special or unique about it. The food is good but really overpriced. It's clearly a hot hanging out spot in Pikeville so the restaurant was absolutely packed. what did set this Drake's apart from others is the service. our server was incredible even though he was pulled in many different directions. The kitchen sent the wrong sushi roll to our table, but we didn't realize it until another order was delivered. the food came out in waves instead of all at once so it was hard to tell who was getting what. when they figured it out, the way the staff handled it was incredible. They were so efficient and gracious. on a very crowded Friday night, with a very demanding restaurant full of customers, our server never lost his cool or his professionalism. that is impressive and is one reason why you should definitely go to this location.
