“I've been to countless mom and pop restaurants all over the country, and few ever get 5 stars from me, but Dorsie's is a rare gem.No frills, just straight forward good comfort food, like your mom or grandma made for you, when you were not in the best mood and needed a pick-me-up.Ordered a cheeseburger with the works, onion rings, and a Pepsi, was not let down in the slightest.If I ever come back to Pikeville, I will most definitely be coming back, my only regret, is that I went to Dorsie"s my last day here.5⭐“

“One tall fellow that serves here is particularly awesome. One of the finest servers in the entire town. Always asks if everything looks correct and if you need sauces and so forth when dropping food off. Sadly that isn't the case just anywhere you go.

The food had been good every time I've been here.

The lack of parking is the only detraction here, but it is worth parking and walking.“
