My husband,son, and I had lunch at Godbey’s after church today. My husband had the Godbey burger, my son had the bacon cheeseburger, and I had the lunch special with two sides (fried pork tenderloin, mashed potatoes, and mac n cheese). It was all delicious!! We will definitely be back! Don’t forget about this place in Pleasureville! 🩵

This restaurant has quickly become one of my favorites because of the quality of the food. You can taste the freshness in every bite — nothing feels rushed or pre-packaged. The flavors are bold but balanced, and the menu has enough variety that there’s something for everyone.
We tried a few different dishes at the table and each one was just as good as the next. The presentation was clean, and you could tell attention was paid to the details. Even the sides had a lot of flavor, which isn’t always the case at other places.
Combine that with fair pricing and a staff that genuinely seems to care, and you’ve got a spot worth visiting more than once. I’m already looking forward to coming back and trying a few more items from the menu

Stopped in today had the Sunday special meatloaf and it was delicious I would say the perfect home cooked meal. Will definitely be back.

Heard about how authentic the “Chicago” pizza was and it did not disappoint! Best Chicago pizza south of the Ohio River!Great service, hometown atmosphere, and well worth my drive and money.
Best pizza in Louisville hands down! Highly recommend. It’s our Friday Pizza place now. We get the deep dish pan pizza (Chicago style) and a delicious small thin (for me). Everything tastes so fresh and it is not overly salty. YUM - well worth the drive!Just a note that the deep dish takes time…but it is SO worth it!

Will not be back .There were bugs in the cheese jar on table waitress was nice but had no idea what type of sausage they used and was overchargedWill not be back.

there were bug's in the cheese shaker on the table the waitress was nice but uninformed as what was in the pizza had to go in kitchen to get information on the type sausage in pizza and was overcharged.
