Very disappointing food. All the fried appetizers tasted fishy. The lettuce wraps were bland. The emspandas unremarkable. The dips for appetizers were oversalted. The margaritas were meh. Try somewhere else

The Pomegranate Express Martini was awesome but the Swirl Margarita was very sweet. We had the Alchemy Sampler Small and really enjoyed the beef and chicken empanadas. Yucca fries were substituted for tequenos so we couldn't taste those but the yucca fries were good, tasted like french fries. We also had the Pabellon Criollo and we really can't recommend the beef but the rice and beans were good. Our server was awesome and I'm sorry we didn't get his name.
As always, we enjoyed the Bandeja Alchemy. Perfectly prepared, awesome presentation, this is a meat-lovers dream. Alchemy staff was very attentive, with a smile!

Wonderful Holiday dinner at Alchemy in Norton Commans last nite with superb service! 3 couples ordered a varied sampling of the menu from Picanha to Choripan to Empanadas to Cod, all exceptional. 100% satisfaction for everyone at the table.
A huge shout-out to Nelson & Nahyla Michelangeli, they are doing some great and innovative dishes!
Their culture begins with family and you immediately feel a part of something special.
Learned the Alchemy empanadas are now available @ Kroger and will be purchased soon.
