Ordered 3 chicken strip baskets with fries in the drive thru. Went 0 for 3 on fries on these. That’s what I get for not checking before I drive off. Please improve your quality checks.

How the hell do yall forget the fries in a chicken strip basket….for how nice the guy in the drive through was $30 for 2 baskets w no fries a plain hamburger and a mini blizzard is bogus dude….yall remember to check your food before you pull out the drive through because they don’t get paid enough to care

Really glad whoever owns this location decided to stock chocolate soft serve. The only other location I know of that does that is in LaGrange so I was grateful this location had it.

Bring a book, practice your meditation and enjoy the wait. :) great food and kiddos working hard yet this has got to be the slowest “fast” food location in KY. But the juice is still worth the squeeze if you have the time.

Often I stop for an ice cream treat. I know Sunday night is busy but the quality of my chocolate malt and Heath Blizzard was horrible. Obviously training was not completed with the server. Very little or no malt in the shake and a 2/3rd cup blizzard. Even forgot the cherry!

Horrible experience. Ordered a birthday cake Wednesday. They confirmed it would be ready for pickup on Saturday at 2:00pm. We called Friday at 11:00 to see if it would be done any earlier. They said no, it’ll be done at 2:00. So I came to pick it up at 2:10. The inside was empty but the drive thru was slammed. They didn’t acknowledge me until about 10 minutes later. I told them I was there to pick up a cake order. After another 15 minutes, they told me the cake was delivered to this location last night but did not have the wording on it. It took another 15 minutes before I finally got the cake. They did give a $5 discount. They really need to work on their empathy and accountability. Just got a disingenuous apology.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Dairy Queen due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of the manager, Tonya. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. She spoke to me in a condescending manner and dismissed my concerns without any attempt to listen or resolve the issue.
It was clear that she lacked basic customer service skills and had no regard for the customers. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and has left a lasting negative impression on me. I hope the company addresses this issue and takes steps to ensure that no other customers have to go through such an unpleasant experience.
