After waiting for 20 min the meat was too cold as if it came out of Greg, 2 other customers waited more than me and asked for refund and no one tried to explain or try to solve the problem.

They were short staffed tonight and it took me a loooong time to get to the window, but luckily I just ordered on the app while I waited. Service was pleasant and fast once I got past the speaker. Food was the best DQ I’ve had yet.

Went in last night. I nice young person took our order. Downhill from there. 40 minutes later, no blizzards - order had been cancelled. Got a refund. I can’t blame the staff but the management needs to take control of this situation and hire some more help. This is not the first time having a bad experience here. Never going back.

Literally had to give the en a star to leave this review, but they don’t deserve even 1 star. I came in there for lunch to dine in. Stood at the empty counter and Literally waited 10 min until someone said anything to me. They asked,” are you ok?” I responded with, “ I’d like someone to take my order please.” Funny enough no one even took my order then and I was proceeded to wait another 3-5 minutes. I walked out after that. Plain and simple - Dairy Queen failed at its job in almost every aspect there. Please shut down your location or actually start giving a damn about customer service.

This place is the worst store I have been to in my entire life. I made an online order and when I get there the lady working wants to give nothing but lip because she's rude. I WOULD RECOMEND NEVER COME TO THIS STORE. If you can go to another store you'd be better off. I and my friends will avoid this place like the plague from now on

Don't go if you're in a hurry! Missing items and took way to long. The manager agreed to replace the items the next day so I returned. Still didn't get it right. Who serves pancakes and they don't have butter? They make you wait 15 minutes to disappoint you! AGAIN!!! Luckily there is a McDonald's right down the street
It’s absolutely filthy in this location, it’s flies and gnats flying around everywhere. It smells funny and I went to wash my hands and the restroom and it’s crazy in there as well. I work construction so I’m used to not having most clean environments to sit and eat but I’m disgusted and my appetite is gone. Jeez. Whoever owns this place outta be ashamed.

Change the hours of operation back! I cant eat breakfast here anymore now thanks to 7am open time I usually spend $60 a week here on breakfast and I dont want to take that to McDonald's but if 7am is the new open time I guess they are getting that money now.

3 people in drive thru and it takes 25 minutes for a blizzard! I saw more cars driving off than they served. How can your company allow this kind of service? This isn’t the first time, it’s like this most of the time.
