Staff was rude and reservations were pointless. We had a reservation for 3 pm today and when we arrived the door was locked. We knocked on the door and the girl said she was on break which we understood cause we arrived 10 minutes early. But then we saw the girl leave, lock the door, and get into her car: She informed us she had an hour break to take. What happened? We haven’t been to the NC location in about 6 months but it’s totally different. Service was not great- they couldn’t even provide a spoon to another paying customer or help her out when she broke her tea bag and asked for a strainer. My Americano was mostly just water. The place looks messy- shelves are bare. Not impressed anymore.
