Terrible experience. We made a reservation for tea but the china was chipped, there was no music playing, and the furnishings were cheap. Decided to get the lunch but we were not provided a menu and there were no considerations for food allergies. A spider fell on us during tea and ran across the table. It was a reservation only place but customers were being served if they walked in. Way overpriced for an awful experience.

We booked a high tea for 2. We have been to many high teas in various states as well as in London. Everyone has their own variation of it but the class, style and concept behind it has always been the same. We were given PLASTIC wear. The girl working gave us the menus and walked away. She returned and asked what we wanted. I asked her to explain the process. She said you each pick a tea and get a pot each. So we picked. She brought out the tea and honey as requested, no spoon. The pre-rolled napkin had a plastic knife and fork. She then brought out a tray of food, we had to ask what each was. There was 4 croissants 2 chicken salad and 2 tuna (the bread was stale and the mixture store bought and not enjoyable). There was mini cheesecakes and macarons and little chicken and mushroom filled pastries. I asked if there was any scones or actual finger sandwiches? There was also no veggie options- my mom doesn’t eat meat and usually goes for the cucumber sandwiches. Nothing looked or tasted appetizing, I have seen every item at Costco but nothing was fresh. The teas were all good, but had leaves in every pot that went into your cup. We asked to sit outside as it was a beautiful day, the teas were tasty and the company was great so we had a great time. The ambiance, service and products were extremely lacking. We paid $90 with tax and it was 100% not worth it. So I would stop in for a tea in the future, but I would unfortunately never do the high tea again. Very disappointing experience.

I've been to this establishment a couple of times before and ordered bubble tea and had a great experience. However, every time I've been here there were no prices listed on the loose leaf teas and the employees always seem harried and stressed when asked about the prices. The last time I visited, the owner was taking orders and making the drinks. She was rather unfriendly and when I got my drink, it wasn't what I ordered. I ordered the same thing each time I've been there (a milk bubble tea). The first two visits, the drink was the same and delicious. This last time, it was not. It wasn't even milk tea. I asked her if she was sure this was the right drink and she barely mumbled anything and gave me a look like she didn't care. And this was the owner! I have to question if she ran off her other employees because she definitely ran me off as a customer.

Absolutely the worst service I've experienced in a long time. I went to the shop to buy some tea as a gift for a friend. No prices or descriptions of the teas for sale. The girl at the counter was just shy of rude repeatedly telling me the price depended upon the blend and how many ounces of tea was in the container. I handed her a container and she couldn't find a price. It was utterly ridiculous and a shame since I can walk to this store. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Afterward I went to the Louisville Tea Company in Lyndon and they were very helpful and absolutely lovely.Parking: Right in front of the store.

Walked inside to shop for a gift (12/20/23); the two employees behind the counter didn't look up from their phones to offer any help until several minutes of browsing the tea selection. One employee even laid her head down on the counter while loudly scrolling TikTok. Once we selected two teas to purchase (one bag and one tin) we took them to be rung up where the employee struggled to find the prices; they were not listed on the packaging nor the shelves. The employee looked for several minutes, even waking up the other employee from her service counter nap to aid her, before shaking the tin and typing in a price. To my astonishment the total for these two items neared $60. When we asked the employee to verify this was the correct price she stated, "it is priced by ounces." There was no label stating what this item weighed, there was no scale, it seemed as if the employee rang up the items based in pure estimation and made up a price. Needless to say, these items were not purchased.I hope this small business is able to survive but I doubt it will if they do not retrain or hire employees that want to be there and provide somewhat quality customer service. Just based off the one encounter I am surprised this business has survived thus far in an uppity area such as Norton Commons.

This place fit right into a postcard, thats how lovely it all looked. I got the green apple boba tea with strawberry jelly boba. It was delicious. The ambiance was quiet and cozy and the barista was very sweet and took my picture. A great little time!

usually have an amazing experience here besides today. i hate to be a karen but the woman at the front had a hard time understanding my order when it is very easy to make and i have been here multiple times and they have never messed it up. i asked her to remake it because it didn't taste like any coconut but she hesitated and told me she put the coconut i asked her if she would mind remaking it and she didn't respond and just took the drink. she is shorter with curly hair and glasses. will not be coming here after this and i am very disappointed by it as well.

My daughter had her bridal shower here. Jasmine and her crew did an exceptional job hosting. Everyone enjoyed sampling the different types of tea. I will definitely be back

I am slightly obsessed with this place. They have wonderful and Unique Blends of tea. I had the wildly refreshing strawberry basil tea. It was great for a hot day and you can buy some fresh blend teas to take to brew at home. This is a great place for 1st date, friend catch up, small business meet up. It has plenty of seating. Beautiful and open atmosphere with a great team of workers. Plus it rest in the northern commons which has planty of resturants, bars, shops, and a park near by.

I tried the cherry hot tea and was WOW'd by this tea! It is the best tea and it does not taste artificial as other teas. I love the ambiance. Very zen-filled environment.

Popped in for my favorite Taro Bubble Tea!!!! I was asked if I wanted oat milk, soy milk or regular milk, I chose oat milk. The sweetness level was just right and the tapioca pearls had the perfect texture and consistency. The vibe of the place is very relaxing and inviting!

Cozy and cute tea shop located in the heart of Norton Commons. We loved the boba tea, and the trendy atmosphere too! Service was friendly and helpful.
