I tried Gracious Plenty for the first time today, it’s tucked away close to Kroger in prospect. I had the chicken salad sandwich, Swiss, lettuce on ciabatta toast with a pickle (a pretty darn good pickle I might add) and fries. The sandwich was phenomenal. While in Prospect, KY I stopped for lunch at Gracious Plenty Cafe & Catering. They have a wide variety of sandwiches, salads, sides, & deserts in which to choose. I selected the club on toasted wheat and it included a pickle spear & bag of your choice of chips. The sandwhich was delicious and you even get to select the bread of your choice. What a great place to stop for a bite! Three of us, we all loved our sandwiches. I definitely want to go back and try other food on the menu. Quaint little place. Service was welcoming and kind. Can't wait to go back!
