The first time I went the food was great but the service lacked. I went a second time and everything was fantastic! Our server was very attentive and super friendly. The margaritas and the food were delicious. I will definitely go back!

They took care of us!Also, their waiter Juan did an excellent job managing our large group and getting us our food and beverages despite the hectic party we brought with us.Gustavo's is lucky to have him!He also made fresh lemon/limeade for my wife and I which was a great hangover cure ? "The Juan hangover special".

I loved the chicken tortilla soup. Fun murals. I also loved the mushroom & spinach quesadilla. Food came out really fast. Server was very nice. Overall, lovely experience.

We loved Gustavo's and the atmosphere at the beginning. We went on a taco Tuesday night. We do not drink alcohol and apparently we are punished with slow service for not drinking. We had 3 in our party and ordered a tea, 5 tacos, side of refried beans and a regular meal off the menu, We were charged for 2 baskets of chips. We asked why and were told it's up to the server because some just come to eat the chips and never order food. Clearly we ordered food. We tip servers over 20%. We will not be back for how you're served by whether you order alcohol or not. So sad they prefer you to drink and drive or if you've had a drinking problem and you prefer to continue to be sober. We will take our business elsewhere. We choose not to drink, be part of the crowd, or be punished for the choices we make!

My review goes all the way back to the first weekend Gustavo's opened in Crestwood. The food is always excellent. The service is always great. The servers are always friendly. Gustavo's is a weekly dinner in our house...sometimes 2 or 3 times a week. There are many good Mexican restaurants out there...Gustavo's is the best!!!

Even before we moved into the neighborhood, this was definitely our family's most visited restaurant. Reasonably priced, consistently good quality, fast and friendly service. Delicious chips, salsa, and margaritas. (If I'm being honest, since we now live down the street, I've definitely wandered over for just those three things.) Lots of seating, so we rarely have to wait for a table. We especially love eating on the patio when the weather is nice. Our go-to Mexican restaurant!
