We chose to eat here as a family because majority of the reviews were positive. We were mostly disappointed with the service. Our waitress was very inattentive and unavailable for most of our meal. She even walked across the street to another restaurant at one point and we didn’t see here again for 30 plus minutes. Our drinks were only refilled by another wait staff that we stopped in passing.

The food was mediocre, not bad, just plain and not worth the cost. I felt ripped off honestly. Out of everything, the atmosphere was the only positive as we sat outside on a nice evening.

I would not recommend this place to anyone, we certainly won’t be returning.

Does Karem's still charge customers the 3% processing credit/debit card fee on top of the price of the food? Retail paying credit card fees is a cost of doing business. If Karem's wishes to reward cash paying customers, so be it. Those who prefer to use credit or debit cards can choose to eat elsewhere, I suppose.

Karem’s is a great spot for brunch, lunch, and dinner. The service is always phenomenal and the chicken wrap is delicious! When I’m not hungry, it’s a go to spot for a drink!

It was busy but we had made reservations. Food was good . A bit of a wait on our drinks , we got our appetizer before they arrived. Our server was excellent! We will go back .

We always feel at home at Karems. The servers work hard to make sure everyone is treated like family. Every menu item we have tried has been delicious! We particularly love the Boss Burger and the walnut mandarin salad with chicken. Sunday brunch is also a favorite! Matt makes the best bloody Mary’s and mimosas in town and the open face omelettes and Benedict’s are to die for!!! Highly recommend!

First time here after hearing good things, satay the bar, and couldn’t have had a better experience all thanks to our bartender, Karla! Super attentive and professional but with a personal touch. Her energy kept us a little longer than we planned so we’re looking forward to coming back next time she’s working!!
