Do not use mobile ordering at this location at night. I arrived 45 mins before closing with a pre-paid order, and the staff simply refused to make it, claiming they were effectively closed. Unprofessional service and a total waste of time. Still waiting on a refund.

THE WORST McDonald's I've ever been to. DO NOT GO HERE! Ive tried this location 3 times with mobile orders. Every single item was disgusting and not made correctly. If you like a half cup of mayo or sauces on each item then you might like here. Everything sloppy, did not follow my mobile orders at all everytime.

I've stated to pay closer attention my charges for orders.Every time over the past year at least, what they are charging does not match the menu price.Example on 8/20/25 the menu price was 8.19 + 6% tax =8.69.At the drive window the tried to charge me 9.71 I asked why the difference she tried to tell me taxes.I explained to that she was incorrect buy she would'nt budge.I will be filing a complaint with Ky Attorney General

This location sucks. Always something missing. Always lukewarm at best or burnt. Employees are worthless and just ignore you at the counter, except one guy and he’s usually in the drive thru. I’ll drive farther to go to McDonald’s from now on. I have been trying to give them some grace for a year but I’m over it. There times aren’t as good as they are reporting to corporate with all the “can you pull up” bs
