This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever eaten at. The date is 10/15/2024 And it was during the dinner time hour, which was about 6 PM. I had a big Mac double cheeseburger and large fry. Let’s start with the big Mac. It was a cardboard bun ,a lot of lettuce, and would appear to be two pieces of very blackened paper, thin slices of a meat. I believe that these burger patties were about the same size as a white castle burger. The entire sandwich was ice cold. The double cheeseburger identical to the big Mac, two tiny blackened pieces of shoe leather, which were about the size of a white Castle burger. The bun was stale, and the sandwich was very cold. The french fries, which was a large order, were as cold as if they came out of a refrigerator. Not the , which were about the size of a white Castle burger. Very frustrating that this location constantly has you pull forward in order to trick the drive-thru time clock. They have you pull forward and you have to wait for them to walk the food out even when there is no one else in line.
It is my first time DoorDashing in prospect and one of my delivers was to this McDonald’s. Not only did Akheem offer me a water while waiting because it was feeling like Florida but he apologized that it would be a little longer wait because he was making the 13 cookies fresh. I didn’t mind and after chatting for a minute and in that quick few minutes talked about integrity and kindness is the only way! I mean come on who wants day old cookies? No one! This Manager needs to be promoted to gm like yesterday! Also it was clean and he made sure his coworker had a ride! Go kindness and I suggest a late night cookie snack attack when he’s working 😀

Even though I was picking up an online order that I placed ahead of time and was supposed to be ready, after driving 15 minutes, my order was overshadowed by another customer who came in after I did because he tipped the female employee in the blue shirt(really thinking shift leader) $5.
Not only is it against McDonald's policy for employees to accept tips, but it's also against procedure to not prepare orders as they come into the system.
There was a pile of sweepings in the lobby.
Water dripping behind the counter from the AC unit.
An employee in a white tank top, out of uniform.
Cell phones laying in the food preparation area.
All in all, Everytime I come in here, I cannot understand why this store is still running.
