I wish I could include the picture I took of the Shaq-a-roni pizza I just picked up. It's the best looking and tasting pizza I've had anywhere in a long time.

I love Papa johns Pizza. But depending on what time I order, my pizza won't come right or is obviously thrown together with no care. I pay for triple extra cheese, and half the time, I get maybe a sprinkle.
Then there was the time I had ordered in the morning and they canceled my order due to all their school orders (which was fine), but the manager had told me to order again in the afternoon and when I did she had an awful attitude about me wanting my promised free pizza. She just kept repeating I couldn't order in the morning wednesday through Friday.
I ordered about 4:30 p.m. and tonight paid for triple cheese, and there's hardly any cheese again. Delivery is an easier option for me, but I might start driving a different location for my pizza.

I just stopped in to pick up an order. The order should have been done by the time I got there, but the female tells me it's going to be another 5 mins.She tells me that she's working alone today (I can understand that and realize that's not her fault). But the phone call...she was on the phone when I walked in and stayed on the phone the whole time.She wasn't wearing gloves to prepare the food. Her hair is long, no hat or hair net.*The food wasn't for me, I was just picking it up for someone.So I've been waiting for over 10 mins.I am not a happy camper!!

This Papa John’s location is our go to for pizza. The pizza is consistently good and well made. Special shout out to the store manager Kristina Rodman for going above and beyond in customer service! People like Kristina should be recognised for outstanding customer service. Simple act of good will can make someone’s day brighter and reflects positively on a business establishment.

Our order was incorrect, and my husband felt the sauce was too sweet. I thought the pizza was undercooked. But we ate the pizza anyway because we were hungry and tired.

We ordered directly from this store several hours before the scheduled delivery time. Pizza was very late and almost cold. No communication, no way to track it. Found out the second time we called that they handed it off to DoorDash, but not early enough to get it delivered on time.

Terrible service every time we visit. Cashier told me that the service can't be that bad if we keep coming back. That was the last time we ordered from them. Will not give this location another dime. This is so disappointing because it's the nearest location to home. The little Ceasars in Crestwood gives fantastic service.
