Absolutely fabulous coffee shop in Prospect. Top notch service with the best coffee and baked goods in Louisville. The space is super cozy, with vaulted ceilings, plants, and comfy chairs. Definitely a new fixture in my trips to Prospect!

My only gripe is that I have a hard time paying a lot for something as simple as chocolate chip cookie. That being said… it was a solid, good cookie; nice and gooey in the center. The atmosphere and vibes were very good and cozy. Nice staff as well!

This is my favorite Please & Thank You location. Staff are the best! I was visiting from out of town and tried to stop by before leaving, accidentally showed up right as they closed. They allowed us to still come in and purchase cookies, and were very kind about it. 10/10 cookies, 10/10 customer service.

Went in for a cozy Saturday read and was not disappointed! I got an Americano and the world famous chocolate chip cookie. Not much to say about the coffee - it was on point. The cookie was amazing - soft in the middle, crispy on the edges, generous amount of chocolate and maybe salt flakes on it? So good! The River Road location had a good amount of seating of different types - traditional tables/chairs, a really squishy sofa, lounge chairs, and a quirky booth. There's a big table too that could seat 6 or so people and the booth is about that big too!
