Cold atmosphere, drinks ok but food really bad, I suggest they partner with a really good bakery. Pricey

Really nice selection of whole beans for home coffee enthusiasts. The baristas are well-trained and consistently pull good espresso shots. They even pour pretty latte art for steamed milk drinks which is a great sign that the baristas know their craft. I love their The Alchemist latte with its bit of cayenne to add just a little heat; perfect for cold weather!
Our favorite place for excellent coffee in Louisville when we visited recently. We enjoyed a trip to Quill's every day we were in town...and brought a bag of coffee back with us! Thanks for great coffee and memories!
Amazing location, friendly staff, good breakfast options, nice seating area, and pour over options.

“The Boardwalk” is a Coconut cold brew with salted cold foam on top. Might be the best thing I’ve ever tasted.

We were served a cold bakery item after requesting it be warmed. After bringing it back to the counter, not only told we were wrong and it had been warmed, but there was no offer to try and fix it. Staff incredibly rude, food cold-unfortunate for them because coffee and location are great. Cross the street to Crust and Crumble for a better selection and friendly atmosphere.

Baristas were friendly and knowledgeable. They’re using their own beans and were able to talk about it and make suggestions. Had espresso, pour over, and lattes - delicious all around!

Love the outside seating and their seasonal latte’s are very good! Their espresso is a nice light roast espresso (I’m a snob who doesn’t like it overly dark, sorry Starbucks lovers) and my fiancé said his Americano was also very good. Cant believe I didn’t go here more when I still lived in the city

A missed opportunity here. A dense part of Norton Commons with potential for higher consumer traffic, but everything about this coffee stop was bland.
The barren pastry shelf with obvious day-old items was underwhelming, orders were backed up when it wasn’t even busy and after all that, the coffee was just fine.
They have a lot of square footage and wall space which is also underutilized and under visualized. You can also see into the messy back-of-house through a gapping opening in the wall where a door could be put to good use.
Oh well, but if free wi-fi and working remotely slouched over your laptop is your jam, this place is for you. As the only coffee shop in Norton Commons, I hope it survives.
