Offering mobile or online ordering would meaningfully improve the customer experience by allowing guests to order ahead and pick up quickly. Morning lines currently create a barrier to purchase; reducing wait times would likely increase order volume, drive repeat visits, and capture additional revenue during peak hours.
Pretty good coffee spot in a charming, up-and-coming neighborhood. Quills has a good array of coffee drinks to choose from, and even sells their own coffee beans too. We had the vanilla latte with almond milk, and two seasonal drinks: the polar express (orange mocha cappuccino) and stranger in the alps (cold brew). Both were excellent, and would definitely have them again.
To me, this spot has the most charming atmosphere of any cafe I've visited. There’s a warmth here that you don't find just anywhere, backed by a consistently friendly team. You can’t leave without trying 'The Alchemist' — it’s a total game-changer
