Went at 7:25 on a Friday, in the drive through. They simply ignored me until it was 7:30 (When they close) that way that didn’t have to be bothered to do my order.

I love Starbucks, but this location has the worst service of any Starbucks I have ever seen. I went through the drive-thru this time and the person taking my order forgot what it was. He then had to order my drink and take payment once I got to the window. Every time I'm here it takes at least 5 minutes more likely 10 to get my drink. They have always been slow, but lately this has gotten out of hand.

I love this coffee. But I hate their service, they are racism and bad service. I went there ordered three drinks. let me wait for more than 15 minutes, I can be patient for waiting, but some other two Americans ordered behind me, they got service in advance! So I won’t give the Starbucks shop in Prospect 👎👎👎👎👎👎! Bad service 👎👎👎👎

I ordered online and when my wife went to pick it up in the drivethru, she gave them my last name and that messed them all up. They said she must've ordered at a different Starbucks...even showing them the receipt wasn't good enough. She finally gave them my first name and it finally jarred their consciousness into realizing what order she was there to pick up. Come Starbucks...use your brains. Always good food though:) We still love you...just use your brains.

I have been to Starbucks in easily 15 states at this point. I made a mobile order for drive thru pick up. This is the first to ever tell me to pull around and come inside to to get it. Very Prospect KY.
