7 years ,every day I spend $20 in the morning and all my family ues this Starbucks.and after 10 minutes waiting they telling me they dont accept credit card and cash only. And I left without my food and drink.
Pass 4 month. Quality is down and employees late almost every morning. .
Im not happy at all..and I will make sure my family not using this Starbucks anymore.

I ordered 2 tall americano (hot) at the drive through. The worker at the window took my credit cart and charged 13.37$. He did not ask about tip options, he did not show me the options like the other workers do. He just took my card and charged the amount.
I am sure he just hit the tip button.
My pronunciation is not like a natural American and I look like an Asian with white hair. I am sure that the white male with tattoo on his arm looked down on me and thought I am not smart. As an Asian customer with an accent, I felt I was treated differently and it felt discriminatory to me.
I am going to report to my credit card company the same to cancel the tip portion.
This guy ruined my day.
To the manager, if you have a cam at the window or counter, you can see he took my card and charged without asking me.
The afternoon drive thru is the longest wait consistently of any Starbucks I have ever been to. Almost every time I’m in line in the afternoon, I see one or two cars just pull off and leave. Honestly, the wait is getting ridiculous. Getting ready to just choose another Starbucks, even if I have to drive way out of my way. Don’t want to do this, which is the only reason I am writing this review. Maybe they will do something.

In an attempt to be constructive. You have a really great and lively staff. It appears there has been a bit of a turnover and not as efficient as normal and the line are longer and slower to where we have to pass and go to a different location. I hope it improves soon.

Went at 7:25 on a Friday, in the drive through. They simply ignored me until it was 7:30 (When they close) that way that didn’t have to be bothered to do my order.
I love Starbucks, but this location has the worst service of any Starbucks I have ever seen. I went through the drive-thru this time and the person taking my order forgot what it was. He then had to order my drink and take payment once I got to the window. Every time I'm here it takes at least 5 minutes more likely 10 to get my drink. They have always been slow, but lately this has gotten out of hand.

Long wait! Had not been there in a while, The last 3 times I went through the drive through my order was either missing an item in the bag or my drink was not made currently. I give up on this location!

Absolutely amazing group of people that work here. Super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. My drink is always perfect. 10 out of 10 would come here again.
