Long wait! Had not been there in a while, The last 3 times I went through the drive through my order was either missing an item in the bag or my drink was not made currently. I give up on this location!
I ordered online and when my wife went to pick it up in the drivethru, she gave them my last name and that messed them all up. They said she must've ordered at a different Starbucks...even showing them the receipt wasn't good enough. She finally gave them my first name and it finally jarred their consciousness into realizing what order she was there to pick up. Come Starbucks...use your brains. Always good food though:) We still love you...just use your brains.
I have been to Starbucks in easily 15 states at this point. I made a mobile order for drive thru pick up. This is the first to ever tell me to pull around and come inside to to get it. Very Prospect KY.
