Today, September 23, I bit into the worst sandwich I have literally ever tasted in my life. Supremely awful food quality all the way through with horrendous, rock-hard bread.

Every time we come to this subway our sandwich’s are always made wrong at least twice PER visit!! Same lady working each time. Do NOT recommend! You ask for your sandwich TOASTED and it comes out COLD! Over charged as well.

Terrible experience, wouldn't recommend. The supposedly footlong nachos were horrible, all little, broken pieces of chips, randomly thrown on toppings, nothing like the advertisement or like we had at another Subway. To top it all off, it was stuffed into a cookie box (!) instead of the footlong tray. How are you supposed to eat nachos out of that?! Skimpy ingredients on my turkey (stale) flatbread, also. Left the nachos on the table.

Bathrooms are gross. Veggies wilting and the drink machine was way watered down. Only had unsweet tea and it was almost clear. Management needs to do better

I hate leaving any business a bad review but felt obligated to do so. I did an online order and ordered a cheese pizza for my son. When I got there they told me they couldn't cook it as their oven was down. Ok, that is fine. They then suggested they give me the frozen pizza to cook at home. I declined as I currently don't have an oven and am in the process of getting a new one. I just asked to be refunded. The worker said he would take care of it and it would show up on my credit card as a refund. Days went by and no refund was showing so I tried calling. No answer, so I left a voicemail. I tried the same thing the next day and same result. So now I'm writing a one star review for poor customer service.

The young lady working here is very diligent, fast, friendly and we love seeing her there when we go to this Subway location (Timber Ridge, Prospect). Highly recommend!!!!!

I got a 6 inch turkey sandwich today and within an hour and a half to two hours later it hit me like a ton of bricks in my stomach with severe pain and nausea. I had felt fine all day until I had the sandwich for my lunch. I looked at the spinach and I questioned myself if I should get it or not because it didn’t look fresh something told me that I shouldn’t have get it, but I went ahead and did. Now I’m regretting it. This is the second time this has happened.
