This was our first time dining with Watch Hill Proper and we had a friend from Vietnam that was his first time in the U.S. When we entered we were kindly greeted by 2 young ladies at the front desk who promptly got us to our table. We did not wait long before our wait staff came and brought us bottled water and gave us a brief history of the restaurant along with the nights specials. We ordered tuna tartare and mussels. The food is of very high quality and came out much quicker...
Our group of 4 had a Thursday night reservation. We had pretty high expectations based on reviews and hype, and this place lived up to it.
The service was friendly and very attentive.
If you love American Whiskey, you won't be disappointed. We came for the drinks but the food was very impressive.

This was our second visit for business. Great service and decent food, the bourbon bar is second to none (That's not figuratively speaking). The only downside was that a live performing artist was drowning out table conversations. BTW the musician rocked and I would have enjoyed listening if traveling solo. My customers and partners openly voiced the same after dinner. I recommend the bar for an experience/ atmosphere but we will look for another venue to entertain customers,...
