My husband and I went to Watchill Proper for this first time this weekend. We absolutely loved the food and our drinks. My husband is a big bourbon fan and loved the large selection of whiskeys and bourbons. He was also blown away by his ribeye steak (which doesn’t happen often when we eat out). The only downside was that about halfway through our meal they sat a couple at our table. There plenty of other tables available but for some reason that sat people at our 4 top table....
Gorgeous atmosphere, beautiful space and the bourbon wall is literally ICONIC 😍😍🥃 chef Michael was fantastic. We had a variety including escargot, shrimp cocktail, crap croquettes and so much more. The food was excellent what a lovely time to celebrate Valentine's Day 💘
Second time we have been to Watch Hill Proper and it was just as impressive as the first time. Best service and some of the best food in town. No one can even come close to the American Whiskey list. Absolute first class.
