About Eat at the Spot

Eat at the Spot is a restaurant worth visiting. The Jerk Chicken is a must-try, absolutely delicious. The curry chicken, oxtail, plantains, and rice are all flavorful and come in generous portions. The oxtail meat is tender and the curry chicken with white rice and plantains makes a perfect bite. The rich and savory oxtail gravy is a standout. The spotlessly clean restaurant offers fast service. Many customers praise the food's freshness and flavor, especially the oxtails and jerk chicken, which are considered off the charts good. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, making visitors feel cared for, especially first-timers. The menu is diverse and well-priced, with special deals like jerk chicken with rice, plantain, cabbage, and a drink for $10. While some dishes may not be spicy enough or perfectly seasoned for everyone's taste, the overall experience is delightful. The lively atmosphere transports guests to Jamaica, and the clean restrooms add to the positive experience. Whether craving Jamaican cuisine or seeking a new dining adventure, Eat at the Spot is a great choice for delicious food cooked to perfection.

LOVE this place and the cashier. good food and good vibes. spicy beef patty, rice, and cabbage and peas are amazing.

I have eaten here numerous times, and WOW. The food is amazing, the atmosphere is welcoming, the staff are very friendly and pleasant. The Jerk Chicken is off the chain and let me not get started on their Jamaican Patties. Authentic and on point, that hits the spot.

I ordered a medium curry chicken w/ white rice & a large portion of oxtail w/ rice and peas. Both come with complimentary cabbage and plantains. Y’all, the PLANTAINS 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I’m so picky about them. Sometimes you get a batch that’s mediocre other times it’s good but homemade is better. Them alone is why I’ll be returning. Just give me the curry chicken, white rice and plantains. PERFECT bite. 👌🏻 The oxtail gravy was really rich and savory! 😋...read full review
