I called in my order and went to pick it up on s dixie, in Radcliff Ky, on 9/16. Mr Anthony showed me great customer service! He was pleasant, and quick. The store was nice and clean and I commented on how pleased I was overall. I hope this reaches his hire up, because that's the best I've seen that place since it's opened. KUDOS TO YOU MR. ANTHONY ????????
It's fine that I was called and told there aren't Mozzarella sticks but when asked if I wanted something in their place, I feel like the breadsticks should have been a straight exchange since the mistake was Pizza Huts not mine. I was surprised I was told I would have to pay the difference and my whole order was refunded and charged the higher amount. Also, none of my family was impressed by "The Big New Yorker." I'll still order Pizza Hut from time to time, but not their version...read full review

Pizza Hut did an excellent job with my birthday order. It was exactly the way I ordered it. It was hot, fresh, and super fast. I loved how everything tasted. It was perfect. The only thing I would add is there is a pricey delivery fee and it made me unable to tip the driver who was hinting around that he wanted a tip. I think Pizza Hut should not charge for delivery especially with the price of the product.
