McDonald's Reviews
I will never return to this McDonalds again. I do not normally review restaurants but after today’s service I am beyond irritated with this particular McDonalds. Every time we go there, there is an issue, but today’s was over the top. I placed a mobile order for pick up at 10:18. I checked in and waited for 15 minutes before I pulled around to the drive through to ask about my order… the gentleman appeared to know nothing about the order, and asked me to come in to show...read full review
The order is usually wrong. No matter how specific I am that I want a quarter pounder no cheese, I will get a plain quarter pounder WITH cheese. ( Then the Mgr gets smarmy about making the item as stated in the ticket as if the customers are the ones ringing the order incorrectly). Hot mochas will be hot milk with a slight chocolate flavor, no mocha. The curbside deliveries stay inside until I go pick them up even after putting the pickup shot number in the app.

McDonald's offers a typical fast food experience, with friendly staff ensuring a pleasant visit. The service can be slow, and food might not be hot or available. Despite the increased prices, the quality remains average. However, for those unconcerned with health opinions, the chicken sandwich is a favorite. The restaurant provides a free gaming area, making it a kid-friendly option. The crew is now friendly and fast, though there have been issues with delivery drivers blocking handicap parking spaces. The staff has also been found to be distracted by their phones while taking orders. Additionally, the restaurant has been known to limit the availability of certain menu items, such as the mini McFlurry, potentially for higher profits.
