The gentleman who was at the register in the drive-thru was on his phone as I was waiting to pay and had to finish his text before taking my payment. I get it that phones are a huge deal now but not at a fast pace job

Food was good but service was lacking. Menu shows they carry mini and regular size McFlurries but they pretend that they only have one size. Asked to speak to manager and lo and behold they figured out how to ring up the mini. I think they do it for higher profits. I guess it's ok because the McDonald's in Radcliff almost always has their machine broken.

Tired of getting home with something missing. It's ok that they give it to you next time but that doesn't feed who you bought it for then unless you make a trip back right away. If an item is on the ticket you should be able to count on it being in the bag. Also, filets and burgers are thrown together so fast they're hanging half off the bun and it tears the bun up if you try to reposition because the cheese sets it.
