The customer service is very nice, and the food tastes so good it doesn’t even matter if there’s a small mistake. The new luxe boxes are advertised for $5,7,9 but cost more in the store. Some customers feel the food isn’t worth the higher prices, but others love the service and call it the best Taco Bell they’ve ever been to. The cooks and employees take pride in their work, making customers feel valuable.
